Microbites Disinfection Services
This project involved building the full visual identity and design system for Microbites Disinfection Services, a disinfection company operating across a critical public health period. The scope covered end-to-end brand development, including logo design, visual identity direction, video and photo editing, infographic systems, marketing posters, document templates, and applied branding for IDs and uniforms. The work functioned less as isolated deliverables and more as a cohesive rollout of a single, consistent visual system across multiple touchpoints.
The focus was on creating a brand that could communicate trust, urgency, and clarity in a highly sensitive context. Every output was designed to be immediately legible and functional, with strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and informational clarity across both digital and physical applications.
Overview
This project was a full design and branding role for Microbites Disinfection Services, spanning identity creation and its application across both communication and operational materials during the early, peak, and declining phases of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus-19) period. The work effectively functioned as a complete visual system built from the ground up, designed to support a service operating in a high-pressure, health-critical environment.
The process began with establishing a brand foundation built around clarity, trust, and responsiveness. The visual direction prioritized legibility and structure over stylistic expression, ensuring the brand could function reliably in urgent, information-heavy contexts. The logo was designed with adaptability in mind, built to scale across uniforms, documents, signage, and digital outputs without losing clarity or recognition.
From there, the system expanded into applied materials. Posters and infographics were structured to translate complex or time-sensitive information into clear, readable formats. Video and photo editing reinforced credibility and documentation while maintaining a consistent visual tone. Document templates and internal formats were standardized to support operational efficiency and reduce inconsistency in day-to-day communication.
A key challenge was maintaining cohesion across a wide range of outputs and use cases. The brand had to remain consistent whether applied to small-scale identification materials or large-format public-facing visuals. This required a system-first approach where typography, spacing, and layout rules were treated as fixed constraints rather than flexible styling decisions.
The project evolved alongside the pandemic timeline itself, starting in a phase of uncertainty, scaling during peak demand, and stabilizing as conditions shifted. This meant the system had to remain adaptable while still holding a consistent identity across changing communication needs and volumes of output.
The final outcome is a unified and functional brand system that prioritizes clarity, consistency, and operational usability. Rather than focusing on decorative identity work, the design centers on reliability and fast comprehension across all touchpoints, supporting a service operating in a highly time-sensitive environment.
